The papers and presentations should address the economics rationale for public provision of goods and services resulting from a government program in which you have interest.Paragraphs describing the topic to be evaluated in the paper should be submitted by email for approval on or before Monday, November 7.The papers should not exceed four pages and presentations should be 10 minutes or less.
