5. According to the Minnesota GeospatialCommons' website, this project ended in 2010 and the official project to develop the Commons (GIS database) began in 2011. Based on the project plan and what you now know about SDLC and Project Management (and MIS!), what recommendations would you have made to the project manager for the development of the next project plan? Why?
