This is a textbook definition of discrimination. Giving the male employees a cash bonus while giving the female workers flowers as their bonus is unforgivable. But the critical question is whether this can be considered as sexual harassment. While this definitely creates a hostile environment for female employees, I cannot say that this is a case of sexual harassment as there was no conduct that is sexual in nature that occurred
