Case Questions you are required to answer/cover through your assignment:

- After performing SWOT analysis of Cabot Creamy, identify, if the coop has taken right steps to achieve the sustainability goals and that what actions should this company take to achieve its sustainability goals?
- What are the key elements of this company's sustainability program?
(Hint: You could consider looking at some aspects such as:
Ifthe B Corp certificate is just "another certification"
Or If the customers who bought our cheese and other products really care about this new label?
Or What kind of burden would the sustainability program and the B Corp certificate could place on the company's farmers, who, owing to this cooperative structure, who are also the cooperative shareholders? How much work would it create for employees? How much would it cost us -- up front and on an annual basis? And why was it called a B Corp when it could be an A).
