The basis for your work will be the knowledge gained in this module related to the factors which contribute towards employee loyalty, the importance of the employee's commitment to constructive workplace behavior, and how an employee contributes to a beneficial work environment.

In order to assist your Capstone employer with their focus on employee obligation failure, you will first learn about Wells Fargo bank's scandal related to the creation of 2 million fake accounts by reviewing the following videos andthe Wells Fargo Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.Then respond to the questions below.

1. Based on your review of the Wells Fargo Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, describe the factors which contribute towards employee loyalty. If you were applying for a position at Wells Fargo, do you believe that their values, vision, and goals would cause you to be loyal to them? Support your response.
2. Select two sections of the Wells Fargo Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and describe how the employees' involvement in creating the scandal violated each section. Do you believe that these employees were being loyal to the brand, customers, themselves, or a combination of each?
3. Do you agree with Khalid Taha's decision to become involved with delivering signed petitions to upper management requesting changes in the way that the bank operates and ultimately to become a whistleblower? Also, do you agree with Khalid's assertion that that CEO John Stumpf and Branch Executive Carrie Tolstedt did know what the employees were doing, but did not care?
