April 09, 2002, simultaneously with the incorporation of Goldshine Pharmaceutical, Inc.
(GPI), the trader and wholesaler of Jimm's Herbal and Natural products, and GSM's sister
company.
Mr. Jaime P. Serato has been managing GSM successfully since its humble beginning
and this made him deserving of his own position now in GPI - the chairman of the Board.
He is also the President and CEO of the said Corporation.
The company is financially sound and stable as it backed up by current and fixed assets
that are properly managed. It has several distribution centers of 5,000 drugstores, business
centers, and sales outlets that are strategically located nationwide. Its transportation and
delivery facilities had increased in number by leaps and bounds.
