Each action plan you develop must include:

  • Step-by-step procedures or strategies

  1. Review all the parts of the action plan.

  1. In completing the form:
  1. Provide the date when the safety action plan was created.
  2. Provide specific, step-by-step process on how to complete ALL tasks and activities based on the area/standard indicated.
  3. Provide the date(s) of when the owners of the tasks will be able to complete the actions.
  4. Provide other details relevant to the completion of these tasks and activities, where required. (e.g. how the consultation was done to come up with a safety action plan).
