5. Madison wants to take her e-bike and cell phone on a trip to Utah. At 8:00 AM, an hour before she plans to leave, she realizes that she forgot to charge the batteries last night, and she plugs them in to charge. Madison's ebike has 50% of its battery life left, and charges at a rate of 15% every hour. Madison's cell phone has 17% of its battery life left. She knows that it takes 80 minutes to fully charge her phone (9130 to 100% charge). For this question, assume that the charge time of batteries is linear. Hint: Remember to dene all variables and include units. See Example 8 in Section 1.3 for an example of how to write a solution to an application problem. (a) Write a linear equation that gives the charge of the e-bike in terms of time t. Use this linear equation to predict how much of the e-bike's battery will be charged if Madison leaves as planned. (b) Write a linear equation that gives the charge of the cell phone in terms of time t. Use this linear equation to predict how much of the cell phone will be charged if Madison leaves as planned. (c) Madison decides to wait until both batteries are 100% charged. What is the earliest time of the day she may leave? Explain
