If you still do not understand it, research it before you answer the questions. Robin Ventura Constructors (RVC) is a general contractor that builds and re-models residential homes. RVC uses its own employees for certain parts of the construction and sub contractors for other parts. RVC is hired by Ozzie Guillen to build a home for him in The Colony, Texas. The home is completed in Mav2022 and the Guillen family moves in. On October 24, 2022 heavy rain blows through The Colony. The Guillens notice the roof has leaked and that water has damaged the living room carpeting and some chairs. The Guillens notify RVC of this and demand the roof be repaired and the carpeting and chairs either be repaired or replaced. Assume RVC used Tony LaRussa Roofing to install the roof. Assume RVC had a CGL policy with Oregon Insurance Co. (OIC) that was in effect on the date of the rainstorm. RVC notifies OIC of the Guillen claim. Will the claim be covered, all of it, part of it, or none of it. Explain. Instead of making a claim against RVC, the Guillens make a claim against Tony LaRussa and that LaRussa has a CGL policy with Idaho Indemnity in effect on the date of the rainstorm. LaRussa notifies Idaho of the claim. Will the claim be covered, all of it, part of it, or none of it. Explain
