This survey was conducted to measure the leadership skills displayed by the Team Leader during the restructure of the XYZ Admin Team.
Participants:
Staff (10), peers (3) and clients (7) were asked to provide feedback.
Method:
An online survey was conducted assessing the following ten Leadership areas:
Communication skills Organisational skills Goal setting Relationship building Problem solving	Conflict resolution Motivational skills Integrity Dependability Stress management

1. Feedback Email

Having discovered that the leadership survey results lack any input from your immediate Manager, write an email for your manager requesting their feedback through them completing a survey prior to your meeting.

Indicate in the Email that you have attached the Blank Survey document.
