This Task requires you to assist in reviewing final project outcomes, the budget and costs to identify cost-management improvements. Your meeting is to be held with the project manager and at least one (1) other member of the project team. You may include people from your actual workplace or people who act in a role play with you. This can either be directly observed by the Assessor or through a video recording. It can be done in the workplace or through simulation and role plays using Scenario 2 provided in Assessment 2. Other evidence can be accepted on agreement of the Assessor
