This week conduct a peer review of one student's final paper draft submitted in Week 6. Return to the Week 6 - Final Paper - Ethics in Positions of Leadership assignment. Download one student paper, and create a post to identify whose paper you are reviewing and providing feedback on (this will ensure that each person's paper is reviewed at least once.)
Make suggestions (and explain why you think they will be helpful), recommend additional resources, ask questions, etc. when you review your classmates paper. Its fine to provide feedback about spelling or punctuation, but a substantive review means considering the content of the paper and providing suggestions that will improve the paper.
A thoroughly reviewed paper typically has 7-10 suggestions. If you read your classmates paper and think, This is easy to read and makes sense. Ill never think of that many suggestions! try adjusting how you think of the assignment. Imagine youre sitting across from your classmate, listening to them describe the job. What would you want to know more about? What would you compare the job to (which may make you think of other resources to share)?
When you have completed a substantive peer review, create a post in this discussion forum, attach and upload the reviewed paper containing your comments.
