This week we have study units 12 and 13 in Gleim. For study unit 12, I need to work on Revenue Recognition Over Time. Study unit 13 on leases and financial statements of employee benefit plans was much more substantive and complicated compared to study unit 12. Two areas that I need more attention to detail on are lease classification and lessee accounting for finance leases - subsequent measurement and study that topic more since I missed the most questions on the diagnostic quiz in that section. My plan for improvement will be to review my quizzes and study the questions I missed and go over the answers and understand why the answer was different from my original one. Next, I will watch the suggested videos provided by Gleim since they are there to help me succeed in this class. Finally, if I am still uncertain, I will visit AccountingTools.com and look up the subjects that I need more clarification on. The website provides examples, definitions, and other material on accounting topics that have helped me in the past and I plan on using that tool to my advantage for this course
