• Select a specific skill from each of the three areas (administrative, interpersonal, conceptual) that you think is important for a hospitality leader.
• Outline two of your strengths from the three areas and the impact they could have on your role as a leader.
• Debate if lower levels of leadership (e.g., supervisor) require the same skills as upper levels of leadership.
