This week, you will submit the following files in order to addressed the assignment requirements:

1. An MS Project or similar software file to show your projectschedule work.
2. An Excel file to show your risk register work.
3. A Word file, Project Template,addressing the 3 qualitative questions below.

Use the Project Scenario and the Risk Register template to address the following:

• Develop a project schedule with at least 30 tasks/activities. You may list as many activities as needed.
• Complete the risk register, and identify 10 risks (at least 2 positive) associated with this project and rank the risk probability and impact.
• Using your Project Template, explain the following:
  • What techniquesdid you use to identify the risks?
  • Who was included in the process?
  • Provide a detailed analysis of the project sponsor's risk tolerance/appetite level. Make sure that you include their corporate strategies for managing risk.
