This week's assignment is all about developing the customer profile for prospecting. You are an event coordinator for a local golf course and need to generate new business for off-season events. In the activity, I will look for you to explain the following areas:

• What is your product offering and why would they choose you over the competition?
• Who is your target customer and how will you reach them?
• Who is the decision maker and how will you get to them? Is it a business or a personal event?
• What is the price point to meet the needs of your customer? For example, consider room charge, service charge, F&B charges etc
