This week's readings focus on business organizations. In this regard, please choose a form ofbusiness organization (corporation, LLC, etc.) and describe its basic characteristics. You do not haveto go into too much detail, simply list the characteristics you can remember from your reading andthis week's presentation. Additionally, think of a real-world example of a company that is thesame form as your chosen type of organization (for example, if you choose to write about LLCs, yourreal-world example could be Amazon.com LLC, a subsidiary of the larger Amazon.com, Inc. whichis a C-Corporation).
