Though to different degrees, in 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic virtually impacted all organizations nationally and worldwide. Organizations have been required to adapt to new parameters while quickly adopting new and more sustainable business models. Choose an organization from your local community, preferably a small business, and using the framework for change management in your textbook, explain if the organization was successful in its change management process. Why or why not? Discuss with your peers the change management approaches they shared.
