Throughout the quarter, we have incorporated news discussion as a part of our learning experience. Now it is your job to provide a piece of news article and discuss how it is related to our Intermediate Corporate Finance topics.
Requirements:
1	You are required to either provide the article link, or post the full article in the space below, with source cited.
2	You can't use a piece of news that's been already discussed in class.
3	The news article needs to be published within the last 3 months.
4	Choose a piece of company-speicific news. Stay away from the general discussion of macro topic such as the impact of war, inflation, or interest rate on the general economy.
5	Be very clear which topics(s) of our class this news article is related to.
6	Explaing this news article using your FINC3420 knowledge in your own words as if you are explaining it to a friend (or, like the way I interpreted news in class).
