Discuss and compile a set of 10 questions that you would direct towards an organization's senior management (for example an offhsore services company) and legal counsel in order to gauge the organization's legal risk mitigation strategy and the adequacy of their preparations. Ensure that your questions clearly relate to the legal and compliance risks that are relevant to the organization's context.
