As you know, our company BLAW HOLDINGS, has many subsidiaries and is involved in many different ventures across a wide array of business lines. We have had some issues come up with our subsidiary CONNECT FORE, LLC$,$ which has a dating app for people interested in golf.

Our CFO for Connect Fore wants to use a pricing model with different prices based upon a customer's age and gender. Are there any constitutional or unfair competition issues at which we need to address? What if the pricing model was instead based upon a customer's golf handicap $($i$.$e$.,$ their golf score per round$)?$
