To develop my generative leadership skills and ability, I took a self-assessment which gave me a depth awareness about my leadership strengths, weaknesses, and style. For this assessment I rated a couple of questionnaires between a (1-5) scale. The questionnaires fall into the following 3 distinct categories: individual, team, and organizational levels. Based on the selfrating assessment I found out of those 3 categories my individual level leadership capacity is strong and organizational level capacity is low
