To supplement their patient satisfaction survey, end result hospital conducts in-depth telephone interviews of past patients. The interviews are based on a 1% sampled of the complete surverys from the prior month. The sample varies widely due to differences in monthly admissions, the rae at which surverys are compleded and the willingness of patiens to partcipate in the interview. These concerns range form the effectiveness of medical treatment to the cleanliness and comfort of the patient room. The interviewer addresses the same items found on the patient satisfaciton survery, solicitis addditional infromation for ny item on which the patient indicated performance was less than "good', or very good, and provides the patient with the opportunity to voice any other concerns. Looking at the data and with my control chart can I show it is stable
