Today most organizations have published mission and vision statements. My organization is NICE System Inc. 

• State the organization's mission and explain its meaning.

• Describe a mid-level change that the organization needs to make. See the table below. (Note: Mid-level changes include "Changes in the organization's definition of success;
• Create new goals, objectives, targets" or "Improve business planning to symbolize a shift in thinking; Tighten up documentation, reporting, controls" (Palmer, et al., 2022, p. 145).
• After defining the needed change, describe how the organization's 1) mission and 2) vision should guide the change.
