The aircraft, carrying the goods made an emergency landing at Dubai airport due to an engine problem and stranded for three days. Dubai airport tried to contact Segar Sdn Bhd to inform such situation. Unfortunately, Segar Sdn Bhd could not be contacted. The airlines agent sold the flowers that already started to wither.
