She tracks, coordinates and books deliveries for the ten accounts she handles, all requiring different responsibilities and procedures. Recently, she was involved in trading one of her accounts with another Branch Office. She gave them one of her accounts that was very demanding, in return for an account where the customers office happened to be located down the road from her Branch Office, requiring different operating procedures. It was a wise swap, because the office for the customer was in the same state as she was working in. It didn't make sense that the other Branch Office was taking care of it. However, with the new account comes new challenges. Those challenges include training, assistance, time, hiccups and even failure.
