Traci Wade VP, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion - Oracle Traci Wade has been an Oracle employee for 12 years. For the past 7 years, she has had the pleasure to work as the Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Human Resources. She has been responsible for driving a culture of diversity and inclusion and awareness at Oracle. Traci currently manages external branding and communications, employee resource groups, affinity groups, recognition programs, internal line of business diversity training, and diversity internship programs. Traci has been acknowledged and received the following awards: Bridging the Gap Award by 2015 by San Francisco African-American Chamber of Commerce, Corporate Champion of the Year in 2012 by Black Data Processing Associates, Rising Star at the Women of Color STEM Conference in 2013, and Outstanding Corporate Contributor by Black Data Processing Associates in 2013.
