Okay, let us try a real-life negotiation.This exercise is meant to be enjoyable---hopefully, it actually will be. Your goal is to get the best outcome you can.The hardest part of this assignment will be finding a mutually agreeable time for you and your partner "to meet."

So here are the steps:

1. Find a patner and select who is Tracy and who is Morgan.
2. Go to Course Assignments and Rubrics>Short Paper #2 Negotiation> Negotiation Scripts> Select yur character (Do not look at the other script)
3. Set up a Zoom or telephone call, or in person, for 30-45 minutes to review the assignment and begin the negotiation using the tools you have learned so far.
4. For yur character, consider what you want to prepare for your negotiation. This may include thinking about what you want to accomplish. You will want to create a BATNA.
5. Have a debrief session talking about the experience.
