Trade in the Global Economy $-$ Discovering Data: Part $2$

In the first part of this Discovering Data exercise you learned how to access data on the World Trade Organization's $($WTO$)$ website. In the final part of this exercise, you will be provided with the same series of data from a more recent year. You will use this series of data to answer the following questions.

The data are in a comma separated values $($CSV$)$ file. You are responsible for opening, viewing, and working with the data. CSV files can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any number of spreadsheet apps.
