Training was always important within an organization as well as keeping others motivated to achieve short- and long-term goals. Showing that you care about other employees and treating them like people will always go a long way. Awarding others for their hard work will help push others to want that same treatment or finding out what pushes someone each day and using that to motivate them can help too
