Two siblings Zane & Ken inherited family land. Zane agreed to stay on the western portion and Ken stay in the eastern portion of the land. Zane rented his entire portion of land to a tenant, Zoe for TWO (2) periods of 5 years each. There is a lake adjacent to Ken's land which Zoe has been using a footpath in Ken's land to gain access to the lake. Ken did not object or voice his unhappiness of Zoe using the foothpath. Recently Zoe purchased a drone which he used to monitor fish activities in the lake with the intention to promote his online fish business. With the increased frequency of flying the drone, Ken has been affected by the noise level and started to loose his enjoyment of peace and quiet in his land. Ken has formally lodged a complaint to Zane to demand Zoe stop flying the drone and stop using the foothpath.

Appraise the validity of Ken's demand with Singapore Property law on Easements and Covenants relating to land?
