Required

a. Determine the adjusted balances of the accounts if the balance in Manufacturing Overhead is considered immaterial in amount and assigned to cost of Goods Sold.

b. Determine the adjusted balances of the accounts if the balance in Manufacturing Overhead is considered material in amount. Round to the nearest whole dollar.
