En una instal*laci en continu per a la producci de suc de taronja concentrat, el suc
fresc que cont un 12,5% en pes de polpa, passa per un sistema aclaridor de sucs del

taronja i dos corrents de suc aclarit de diferent composici. D'aquests dos corrents,
l'un passa pel sistema d'evaporaci per tal de concentrar-se, i l'altre s bypassat i
barrejat posteriorment amb el corrent de sortida de l'evaporador per tal d'obtenir un
producte final amb una concentraci del 42% en pes de polpa (veure figura). El
