3. Collections from debtors is expected as follows :
50% collected in the month of sales less 5% discount.
35% collected in the month after the sale.
10% collected in the second month after the sale.
The balance is written off.
4. All purchase of direct materials is on credit. Creditors are paid in full in the month after the purchase.
5. Manufacturing overhead cost will decrease by 7% in November.
6. Selling and distribution costs will decrease by R1500 from 01 December.
7. Rent income increases by 12% with effect from 01 November as per tenancy agreement.
8. Annual loan repayment of R80000 will be made in November and interest on loan of R6000 will also be due for payment.
9. The bank balance on 31 October 2024 is R25512 unfavourable.
