(a) A box contains a very large number of marbles of 3 different colours: red, orange, and green. A sample of 50 marbles drawn from the box contained 14 red, 16 orange, and 20 green marbles. Does the box contain equal proportions of the 3 colours?

(b). This same box is tipped, and loses some marbles. You take a sample of 45 and it contains 7 red, 18 orange and 20 green. Does the box contain equal proportions of the 3 colours now?
