1. Design a system using an ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with two LEDs. In the system, when a green LED dims gradually, a red LED should brighten. Similarly, when the green LED brightens, then a red LED should dim gradually. Use the section 15.3.2 of chapter 15 from the textbook as your guideline.
