b$.$ A job advertisement has to be created by the company.

c$.$ Then, the company has to find the best candidates for this position by checking their CVs & motivation letters.

d$.$ After checking both CVs and motivation letters, company selects a group of interviewers.

e$.$ Company has then to conduct the interviews for the selected candidates. After conducting the interview, if the company didn$$t find a suitable candidate between the interviewers, the process repeats itself at the stage to find candidates.

f$.$ On the other hand, if company finds a suitable candidate, company will decide monthly salary for him and do the contract.

g$.$ Process ends by hiring the candidate
