Using Excel VBA

Chuck Norris is going to break demonstrate breaking wooden boards with a karate chop. A 1" pine board takes 5 Joules of energy to break. Write a program that will ask Chuck how many boards he wants to break, then will output whether he successfully broke them. If he uses more than 3/4 of his available energy, make sure to ask him if he's ok!

Chuck can move his hand at 15 meters/second, and his hand and forearm weigh 1.5 Kg. Each board linearly increases the amount of energy required (i.e. 1 board = 5 joules, 2 boards = 10 Joules, etc). Neglect any energy lost to heat or movement of the board(s).
