Analysis and provide charts or diagram (ggplot or others) to find out which NBA player (You can refer to video 37 from our course to help)

1) Is the most efficient player? (2.5 points) (hint: points vs. minutes played)

2) Is the 'best value" player (hint: in terms of productivity vs. salary paid). (2.5 points).

You are welcome to use any plotting functions and charts to support your position. You are also welcome to modify the data point/matrices, or create your own data point from the original data set.
