You must use the five stag decision making model outlined in the Consumer Behaviour module identifying what you think the is core need, where will they find relevant information about the available products, what types of alternatives they will consider, how they will purchase the product, and what the product must to do for your RMVS segment to be satisfied with the purchase/product.
