Victor is taking a political science course that requires he study the political ads in a local election. He has noticed that both candidates make very different claims about the economic impact of a national company that wants to move their headquarters to the area. He has been asked to do the following as part of his assignment: 1) review each candidate's ad for audience impact, 2) research the impact of the national company's proposed move, and 3) determine which candidate is most truthful.
