The first part should describe the background of the company. It may include the companys founder, history, market share, assets and resources, and financial profit. Make it brief unless the information is relevant to the case being presented.

The second part of the case study should describe the current situation, the focus of this case study, that being experienced by the company. It could include one or more of the followings:

  • problems or opportunities faced by the company,
  • strategies that being implemented by the company,
  • or current information systems being used or implemented by the company.

The third part should describe how the new information systems helps the organization to cater the problem/opportunities/strategies as described in the second paragraph.
