Collaborate with the colleagues with whom you finished your group project. Develop a basic Project Charter and WBS "lessons learned" project for removing a beached whale for future project managers. Be creative and include both positive and negative impacts to the project. The WBS may be submitted in Microsoft Word, Excel or Office Project. It should include at least 20 tasks/work packages.
