Imagine you are evening manager of a local fast-food restaurant. While working one evening two situations come to your attention. The first, one of the female employees complains about a nude picture of a sexual nature that is posted in the employees' break room. Second, one of your male employees likes to brag about how many women he has had sex with. He also brags that the sex is better when the woman struggles. As the manager, are you obligated to take any action? What action should you take? How would your actions be the same and what different actions would you take for each example provided? What were the risks if you both take action or take no action?
