We are starting a brand-new business called Jingle Beers, a Christmas ornament company, on January 1,2023. The company takes empty beer cans and makes them into lighted decorations, which it will sell for $19.99. Empty beer cans are obtained from a local recycler, and the lights are ordered from Amazon. The following costs are known items needed quoted by suppliers:

Fairy Light strands, case of 25,$162.50
Branded packaging, 60 boxes for $65
Rent $650? month

The company has hired the following employees:
Punchers (2)- $11/hour

Based on the company's operations, it has chosen to apply overhead based on direct materials. For the upcoming year, the company hopes to sell 25,000 Jingle Beers.
