we were actually give a task to do a report 10 knowledge areas in project managemnt. so for this report my part is to do cost managemnt and stakeholder managemnt. below i have attached what are the things to include in the report.
1. as for cost managemnt the budget they give us wat rm150 but it exceeded to rm220. so ya we have to emntion this and abit theory related with this. for theory for cost mangmnt chck the photo sent.

2. for stakeholder part i have attached the picture of it so that u can include it in the report.

Actually this is just a simple report where i need to use basic theory of cost management and stakeholder managemnt n relate with the event. So about the event its just an event held in a university tat has games that involves school students to encourage them about tertiary education or in other words university life. below is the requirement. Cost Management Definition: Cost management is a method of reducing operating or production expenses in order to provide less expensive products or services to consumers. 4 steps 1. Resource planning - the resource types and quantities the associated costs can be determined 2. Cost estimating - Estimation method depends on the level of information available. Remaining uncertainties in estimates that will likely result in additional cost 3. Cost budgeting - The budget gives an overview of the periodic and total costs of the project 4. Cost control - Earned value analysis is performed on regular project status intervals to determine the project status at that status point. This assignment represents an overall look on the event Explorasi MMU for BPM-3014 Project Management. The main aim of this event is was to let the students of 10 schools under Segambut and Seputih parliaments know more about Palm oil facts of Malaysia and few information on MMU faculties. The event was held on 20th August 2019 from 11:00 to 1:15. Our group came up with 2 activities named Palmory and Fill ups. The games consisted of facts and info related to Palm oils and FOM MMU Stakeholder Management Identify Stakeholders: Client Name : Ts. Natalya Dato' Shamsur Pejabat Pendidikan Wilayah Bangsar Pudu (PPWBP) Multimedia University Cyberjaya Students from Seputih and Segambut secondary schools Students from MMU Malaysian Palm Oil Council The meeting has been conducted between the client and the Multimedia University's students. The requirements have been set for the project to perform well. We were presenting our activities for the event to our client. All the updates from our client requirements have been told by our lecturer from time to time.
