$1$: One of my biggest weaknesses in leadership is the ability to communicate in the most effective and efficient manner. I have had many issues with finding the best ways to explain what I need from subordinates and the right words to use when doing so$.$

$2.$ Another weakness that I have is my still growing leadership style. I have only been a leader of soldiers for a little under a year now, due to this, I am still developing as a leader and trying to figure out the best way for me to lead.
