It's have 15 branches country-wide and the head office is located in Dhaka. As some current process customers can handover their packages to the nearest branch and the branch manager will fill out a manual form to enter package details such as Customer name, Sender address, Delivery Address, Sender Mobile, Receiver Mobile, Weight, Delivery type (Cash on delivery or One-day delivery) etc. Once the order form is completed, the package will be delivered to the head office. Head office Manager will check the order form. All orders will come to Dhaka's main branch and once verified it will be delivered to the customer. Also, Adam wants to implement Web application of "Express World" courier service \& Customers will use a website to track order by entering the OrderID. Orderstatus below - 1.1. Processing - Still on the pickup location - 1.2. Pending- Delivering to the head office - 1.3. Delivered-Once the order is successfully delivered. Tasks have to be done- Create SRS Document for the web applications with including User stories, Flow Diagrams, Screens
