Pick a country in Europe in which you would be interested in doing business. Using the Hofstede Insights Country Comparison and GoinGlobal Country Career Guides as a resource, for this assignment answer the following:

Compare and contrast doing business in that country and the U$.$S$.$ Choose three of the dimensions that would need the most attention and explain how you would customize your approach to doing business in that country?

What about your own biases do you have to avoid in terms of prejudices? Explain how you can work with any values that differ from your own personal beliefs.

Conduct research and share at least $4$ customs you found interesting and$/$or unique to that culture. List each and provide a detailed explanation of why you think the customs you selected are important to know while visiting or doing business in that country.
