Assignment Purpose:

HIM Professionals will frequently work with data dictionaries. This assignmentwill build an understanding of data dictionary development and maintenance andthe importance of data integrity.

Assignment Description:

Step One: Review the sample data dictionary below. Thereare a number of blank fields in the table. Your first task is to fill in all ofthe blank fields,
